Refund Policy for SKILLORA
1. General Refund Policy
SKILLORA is committed to providing high-quality educational content. If you are not satisfied with a purchased course or live class, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided your request meets the following criteria:
- The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Your account activity shows that you have viewed or accessed less than 15% of the total Course Content.
- The Course Content has not been downloaded in its entirety or substantial part.
Note on Bundles/Subscriptions: Refunds for bundled purchases or subscription plans will be handled on a pro-rata basis, considering the duration of use or the value of consumed content/access.
2. Specific Refund Conditions
A. Recorded Online Courses (On-Demand)

B. Live Classes and Cohort Programs

C. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Certificates: Fees paid solely for the issuance of a completion certificate once issued.
- Administrative Fees: Any separate non-refundable administrative or processing fees explicitly mentioned at the time of purchase.
- Third-Party Costs: Fees for external software, licenses, or required physical materials purchased outside of SKILLORA.
- Policy Abuse: Refunds requested repeatedly or attempts to exploit the policy (e.g., purchasing, consuming content, and requesting refunds multiple times). SKILLORA reserves the right to refuse a refund in such cases and may suspend the user's account.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, you must:
- Send an email to the SKILLORA support team at support@skillora.pk.
- The subject line must clearly state: REFUND REQUEST - Course Name.
- The body of the email must include:
- The Email Address associated with your SKILLORA account.
- The Course Name and Date of Purchase.
- A brief, honest Reason for the Refund Request.
4. Refund Processing
- Review Time: All refund requests will be reviewed by the SKILLORA support team within 3 to 5 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Timeline: Once approved, the funds should be reflected in your account within 10 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
5. Returns (Physical Goods)
Since SKILLORA is an online learning platform, physical goods are generally not involved. If, however, a course includes mandatory physical materials (e.g., textbooks, kits), a specific return and refund process for those items will be outlined on the relevant course page, which may include:
- The need to return the physical item in original, unused condition.
- The requirement for the user to bear the return shipping costs.
